This is the second house that we have bought with Shekhar’s help in last few years. He made sure to guide us through the process of browsing the inventory of houses and through out till making a decision, putting offers, negotiations, closing as well as after that. He always tried going above and beyond to make sure the process goes as smooth as possible. He has helped us by giving access to all the contact and services we might require after closing such as insurance, utilities, moving, appliance purchases and still stands by us weeks and months after the purchase.
